Certaseal did a great job fixing my roof, deck and siding when we had extensive hail damage. They were very professional throughout the whole process, working with my insurance company and the adjuster to make sure all the damage was covered. The new roof is great, and they had a team power wash and repaint the deck. The hardest part was replacing the damaged siding because the style if siding on our house is no longer manufactured. But they were able to come up with a very close match, and then used the new siding on one side of the house so it wouldn't be noticeable. They removed some of the original siding from that side to fix other spots in the front so the color and design would match. I would definitely use them again!

I got hit with hail on Memorial Day this year, and it was so loud! A few days after the storm, someone from Certaseal knocked on my door and I let him do an inspection. He helped me file a claim.Kurt came a few days later and met the insurance inspector. He got my roof and some damaged siding paid for.Overall, the process took about 5 weeks, but it was pretty painless and my new roof looks pretty great. Would definitely recommend. Extremely professional people and great customer service!

The guy who helped me was honest, friendly and always a phone call or text away. I’m not a roofing expert, but the guy who helped me through the process explained everything clearly. He also noticed window and siding damage that I didn’t notice and helped me with the paperwork so he got me claim money that I wouldn’t have thought to ask for. Ultimately, I got a new roof that looks nice, and the experience was quick and painless, so I’m very satisfied.

It’s a roofing company, so it’s not super exciting. They answered my calls, got the job done quickly, and I’m really happy with the final product. They even got my insurance to cover a bunch of hail damage around my windows that I didn’t know was there, so that really helped. Overall, I’m happy with their work.
